Kristin Dahle has been a member of the World Wide Wind team since 2023 and, as HR Director, is responsible for People & Culture, HSE and Quality.

Before joining the wind industry, Kristin held HR Director positions in the Construction Industry and the Sport and Outdoor Industry, and spent 6+ years working with Competence and Leadership Development in the Oil & Gas industry.

Kristin holds a Cand. Ed. / Master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership from the University of Oslo and NTNU, the Norwegian Technical University.
