Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for project execution, technical and administrational involvement.
- Develop overall work scope in cooperation with other functions and stakeholders within the organization.
- Overall responsible for the technical design specifications, work instructions, assembly and test procedures and final documentation of the turbine.
- Establish and monitor progress plan, critical issues and risk management.
- Responsible for cost control and status reporting to management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and HSE within the project organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to the offshore wind sector.

Qualifications
- Master of Science in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering or similar.
- Formal education in Project Management.
- Relevant work experience of 10+ years, from offshore, shipping or related field.
- Proven experience of managing large scale projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate and communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Relationship builder with the ability to collaborate constructively with business and

ENGINEERING MANAGER
We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in the design,
development and execution of World Wide Wind’s demonstrator wind turbine.
The Engineering Manager will, in close cooperation with the Project Director, Supply Chain Manager
and Purchasing & Logistics Manager, be responsible for building an innovative and competent project
organization.

- Provide strategic leadership to the engineering team, ensuring the successful planning and execution of workstreams such as electrical, mechanical and structural engineering.
- Overall responsible for the alignment and documentation of design, calculations, inputs to job packages and as-built documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, initiate or manage changes and align engineering workstreams.

- Manage technical procurement activities related to work packages, services and transport, including follow-up of deliveries according to agreed time, quality level and cost.
- Develop, maintain, and implement best practices project procurement management methodology and processes and ensure key learnings from the projects are reflected in our requirements and processes.
- Oversee the overall planning, budgeting, and performance management process within the unit.
- Solid experience from working with contract management, claim management and complex negotiations.
