Before joining the wind industry, Erling worked as a financial analyst within high yield bonds in the Oil & Gas industry and as a management consultant within strategy, profit improvement and IT.
Erling holds an MBA from Imperial College in London and a Bachelors degree in corporate finance from the University of Mississippi.
