Last week, World Wide Wind attended VivaTech, Europe’s biggest tech and startup event in Paris. The conference dedicated to innovation and startups featured more than 2800 exhibitors including companies such as Amazon, Google, LVMH, and Alibaba, and more than 150,000 people attended including President Emmanuel Macron and Elon Musk.
Through a selection process of companies with groundbreaking technologies and innovations, World Wide Wind was invited by VivaTech in competition with 1800 startups to exhibit at the four-day conference. The revolutionary wind turbine design attracted a lot of interest with many visitors dropping by the stand as well as interest from several media outlets. During the week World Wide Wind was featured on TF1, the most popular domestic network in France, as part of a reportage from VivaTech that included an interview with CEO Trond Lutdal.
